Plitvice Lakes National Park
This national park was founded 1n 1949 and is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. For a landscape photographer it is very inspiring! I spent a day and a half there, but I could have stayed for a week or longer. The wooden paths, which you are required to stay on, are well maintained.
There are 16 lakes and endless pools. The colors of the pools are azure, green, grey and blue, changing constantly depending on the minerals, organisms and the angle of the sunlight.
